Job Description: Office assistants handle organizational and clerical support tasks. This may include organizing files, scheduling appointments, writing copy, proofreading, receiving guests and more, depending on the company and its needs
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, couriers etc.)
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Supervise cleaning and maintenance activities
Facilities management which includes visiting the bank, government offices etc
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Qualification: 12th Pass Minimum & Driving License 
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Administration
